Why Do You Need More Water When You’re Pregnant?

We all know how important it is to drink water every day.  Our bodies are made up of at least 60% water.  When you’re pregnant, it’s even more important to drink enough water because you’re drinking for two (and sometimes more).  The human body needs water to keep itself healthy.  You need water to help transport nutrients and oxygen to your tissues, cells, and organs.

How Much Water Should I Drink?

You can also set them to remind you to periodically take a few sips, so you aren’t faced with drinking a gallon of water at the end of the day.  If you’re pregnant, it’s better to consume water in small quantities instead of chugging liters at a time, especially if you have nausea or stomach troubles.
