The test did exactly what was expected and was versatile allowing for testing of different water conditions. However I was disappointed to find that the kit only allowed for one (1) test of each condition. Make sure you get it right the first time, because you will not get a second chance. I think for a one time application, pricy! Check your local pool supplier, you may find what you are looking for at a better price and quantity.

Results were easy to read. Some visual instructions were hard to interpret, the two vials were hard to identify. Response to support was excellent.

We just used this . It was so simple. We loved it and it told us which water softener we needed from Pelican with our well water. Good Luck everyone . You will love this testing kit. You get a bargain at 29 . 00 to take it some where and have it tested it is $130.00.

Very easy to use. It gives us peace of mind knowing that our water is within the normal limits. Don’t throw out that little iron tab it is very easy to misplace. I misplaced it by accident (but found it!) even after reading the warning that’s first in the package that says don’t throw it out. Otherwise, the instructions are very clear cut and easy to use.

Seems overly expensive for a single use water test. Means that I would have to purchase 2 kits at $60 to test well water before and after my aging water conditioner.
